Le Sens des frères Pourcel a profité de l’été dernier pour laisser place au tout nouveau Barocco. À sa tête, on trouve un féru de cuisine italienne, Claudio Puglia, qui propose une carte aussi classique que qualitative : assortiment d’antipasti, comme on aime, carpaccio de bœuf, marinade de truffes noires de Norcia ou encore une escalope vraiment servie comme à Milan, fine, panée et en forme d’oreille d’éléphant.

The Pourcel brothers’ Le Sens took advantage of last summer to leave their place to the brand new Barocco. You’ll find an Italian cuisine buff, Claudio Puglia, at its head proposing a just as classical as qualitative menu – assortment of antipasti, just as you like it, beef Carpaccio, black Norcia truffle marinade and even an escalope as it’s really served in Milan, thin, with breadcrumbs and in the shape of an “elephant’s ear”.
